With a guest-to-crew ratio of 3 to 2, the Zambezi Queen delivers an exceptional level of personal service and attention. The floating boutique hotel features 10 suites, averaging 155 sq ft (14.4 sq meters), and 4 luxury suites, averaging 165 sq ft (15.3 sq meters). Two of the suites are designed to accommodate up to three guests, ensuring a comfortable and well-appointed space. All with private balconies so you can soak up the Chobe River breeze and appreciate the endless views of the unique African landscape beyond.

The Zambezi Queen cruises the Chobe River throughout the year on scheduled weekly departures.
Guests can enjoy two-night sailings during January, February, and December, or three-night sailings, available every Friday, year-round.

Drifting along the majestic Chobe River, our three Chobe Princess houseboats offer supreme comfort, in one of the world’s most diverse landscapes. Enjoy our all-inclusive African river experience as you witness extraordinary wildlife scenes and immerse yourself in a truly intimate river safari.
With a limited number of guests on each boat, staying on one of the Chobe Princesses is like having your own houseboat. For a more exclusive experience, you can book the entire boat, transforming it into your private safari villa on the water. These houseboats allow you to explore the stunning Chobe River at your own pace, offering an expansive and varied adventure through one of Africa’s most iconic waterways.
The Chobe Princess sails on scheduled weekly departures every Monday (two nights), Wednesday (two nights) and Friday (three nights).
RIVER LODGE
Ichingo Chobe River Lodge offers a peaceful escape on Impalila Island, where the pace of the river sets the tone for your stay. The tents are nestled in a quiet stretch of riverine forest, offering shade, privacy, and a front-row seat to the sights and sounds of the Chobe.
Walkways lead through the trees to each tent, creating a sense of seclusion while keeping you close to the natural rhythms of the island. It’s a setting designed for rest.
Meru-style Safari Tent
Each of our eight Meru-style safari tents is comfortably appointed with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning to keep you cool in the warmer months. Raised on wooden decks and set apart for privacy, the tents feature private balconies. Inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches and practical comforts that make your stay feel effortless, while still embracing the charm of sleeping under canvas.
